TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9

Notices

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Any notice, request or consent to be given by the Authority under the
Ordinance or by virtue of the conditions or terms of any licence may be given
under the hand of any duly authorized officer of the Authority and, without
derogation from section 356 of the Companies Ordinance ( Cap 32), served by
post on the addressee at his usual or principal place of business in Hong
Kong. (L.N. 4 of 1984)
