Power of chairman of the committee to convene meetings; chairman and quorum thereof

(1) General or special meetings of the committee shall be convened

(subject to regulation 5) by direction of the chairman of the committee, and 7
days' notice in writing thereof shall be given by the honorary secretary to
the members of the committee then within the Colony.

(2) At every general or special meeting of the committee the chair shall be
taken by a chairman to be nominated by the members of the committee present of
whom 4 shall be a quorum.
