SAILORS HOME AND MISSIONS TO SEAMEN REGULATIONS - REGULATION 23
Method of drawing and signing cheques
Cheques shall be drawn on the order of the committee and shall be signed
either by the chartered accountants signing alone or by any 2 members of the
committee signing jointly. (L.N. 51 of 1990)
