Appointment of chartered accountants and honorary secretary

(1) At the annual general meeting the committee shall appoint-

   (a)  a firm of chartered accountants to manage the financial affairs of the
        institute and to be responsible for the collection of all moneys due
        to the corporation and for the making of all necessary payments; and

   (b)  an honorary secretary who shall-

        (i)    hold office until a successor is appointed; and

        (ii)   perform such duties as may be delegated to him by the
               committee.

(2) Pending and subject to any appointment under paragraph (1)(a), the firm of
Messrs. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews shall be the chartered accountants of the
corporation.
