HONG KONG AND KOWLOON WHARF AND GODOWN COMPANY LIMITED BY-LAWS - BYLAW 8
Smoking prohibited
(1) Save and except in the Company's main offices no person shall smoke on any
part of the Company's piers or premises.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty
of an offence against these by-laws.
