HONG KONG AND KOWLOON WHARF AND GODOWN COMPANY LIMITED BY-LAWS - BYLAW 6
Nuisances prohibited
(1) No person shall commit any nuisance of any description on or about any of
the Company's piers or premises.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty
of an offence against these by-laws.
