HONG KONG AND KOWLOON WHARF AND GODOWN COMPANY LIMITED BY-LAWS - BYLAW 11
Penalties
Any person who is guilty of an offence against these by-laws shall be liable
on summary conviction to a fine of $50 for the first such offence and to a
fine of $100 for every subsequent such offence.
