CHURCH OF ENGLAND TRUST (TRUSTEES MEETINGS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

At the statutory meeting the trustees may elect a treasurer, a secretary and
an auditor for the ensuing year. Any casual vacancies in such offices shall be
filled either at a special meeting called for that purpose or by consent of
the trustees signified in writing on a paper circulated for that purpose.
