CHURCH OF ENGLAND TRUST (TRUSTEES MEETINGS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 1

In the event of death, incapacity to act, or resignation, of any lay trustee,
or in the case of a trustee being absent for six months or more, the trustees
shall request the church council represented by such absent trustee to
nominate some qualified person to act in his or her place until the next
annual church meeting.
