CHATER MASONIC SCHOLARSHIP FUND BY-LAWS - BYLAW 5
The trustees shall appoint annually from among themselves a president and a
vice-president. At all meetings the president shall preside, or in his absence
the vice-president, or in the absence of both the senior past master present.
