MERCANTILE MARINE ASSISTANCE FUND REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 61 of 2000 s. 3 Any qualified
person desiring such assistance shall send his application, with full
particulars as to his circumstances, to the Director of Marine, who, after
making such inquiry, if any, as he deems necessary, shall convene a meeting of
the members of the Committee in Hong Kong to consider the case.
