PENSIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 12A
Operation of section 12
Section 12, as enacted by section 8(1) of the Pension Benefits (Miscellaneous
Amendments) Ordinance 1988 (61 of 1988), shall be deemed to have come into
operation on 1 July 1987.
