HONG KONG TREASURY BILLS (LOCAL) ORDINANCE - SECT 7
Cancellation of repaid bills
Upon repayment of the principal moneys represented by the Treasury bills, the
bills shall be delivered up to the Government of Hong Kong to be cancelled.
