LANDLORD AND TENANT (CONSOLIDATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Registration in Land Registry of order under section 4

(1) The Commissioner shall cause an order made under section 4 to be
registered by memorial in the Land Registry against the premises affected.

(2) Where premises are excluded from the further application of this Part by
order under section 4, and it is a condition of the order that a building or
buildings shall be erected upon the site of such premises in accordance with
the terms of such order, then upon the order being registered by virtue of
subsection (1), such condition shall be binding on any executor,
administrator, successor or assign of the landlord of the premises and may be
enforced against any such executor, administrator, successor or assign by
re-entry or otherwise, in like manner as it could have been enforced against
