BANKRUPTCY ORDINANCE - SECT 41
Spouse's claim postponed
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
A bankrupt's spouse shall not be entitled to claim any dividend as a creditor
in respect of any money or other estate, lent or entrusted to the bankrupt
until all claims of the other creditors of the bankrupt for valuable
consideration in money or monies worth have been satisfied. (Replaced 76 of
1996 s. 29)
