BANKRUPTCY ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Commencement and continuance of bankruptcy

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The bankruptcy of a person against whom a bankruptcy order has been made-

   (a)  commences with the day on which the order is made; and

   (b)  continues until he is discharged under section 30A or 30B. (Replaced
        76 of 1996 s. 20)
