BANKRUPTCY ORDINANCE - SECT 16
Advertisement of bankruptcy order
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Notice of every bankruptcy order, stating the name, address and description of
the debtor, the date of the order, and the date of the petition, shall be
gazetted by the Official Receiver. (Amended 76 of 1996 s. 73) [cf. 1914 c. 59
