HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 48

Delegation

(1) The Secretary may in writing delegate any of his functions under
section 47 to a public officer.

(2) The Director may in writing delegate any of his functions under this
Ordinance, other than the functions under this subsection and section  38 , to
a public officer.

(3) In this section, “functions” (職能) includes powers and duties.
