HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 47
Exemptions
(1) The Secretary may, in any particular case, exempt in writing any person or
chemical, or any class of persons or chemicals, from any provision of this
Ordinance.
(2) An exemption under this section may be granted subject to such conditions
as the Secretary considers appropriate.
