HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 46

Power of Secretary to make regulations— Fees

(1) The Secretary may by regulation prescribe the fees payable under this
Ordinance.

(2) Without affecting the generality of section 29 of the Interpretation of
General Clauses Ordinance ( Cap 1), a regulation made under subsection (1) may
make different provisions for—

   (a)  different classes, kinds or descriptions of chemicals; and

   (b)  different purposes, circumstances or cases.
