HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 30
Return of permits to permit holders after expiry of suspension periods
After a suspension of a permit ceases to have effect, the Director may send
the permit to the permit holder in such manner as the Director considers
appropriate if the permit holder—
(a) does not collect the permit from the Director within 10 working days
after the cessation; or
(b) has requested in writing that the permit be sent to him.
