HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 17

Director to issue permits with conditions varied

(1) If the conditions of a permit are varied under section 13(1), the Director
shall issue a permit, with its conditions varied, to the permit holder.

(2) The Director may refuse to issue a permit under subsection (1) to a permit
holder if the permit holder fails to return the permit required to be returned
under section 16.

(3) A permit issued under subsection (1) is to be regarded as a permit issued
under section 10(1).
