Determination of boundaries

PART 2

BOUNDARIES AND PLANS

(1) The Commissioner shall determine the boundaries of—

   (a)  the Control Area;

   (b)  the toll area;

   (c)  the tunnels; and

   (d)  the tunnel areas.

(2) The Commissioner may from time to time vary the boundaries of the Control
Area, toll area, tunnels or tunnel areas.
