TSING SHA CONTROL AREA ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Saving

(1) This Ordinance does not restrict, derogate from or otherwise interfere
with—

   (a)  any function under any law of any person in the service of the
        Government; or

   (b)  the performance of any such function by any such person.

(2) This Ordinance does not affect any rights of ownership in any
installation, structure, building, facility, utility, equipment, appliance,
vehicle or other article owned by, or vested in, the Government.
