Installations without approval

PART 4

MANAGEMENT

(1) A person shall not install, place, lay or erect any installation in, under
or above any part of the Control Area—

   (a)  in the case of an installation within the meaning of paragraph

   (a)  of the definition of “installation” in section 2(1), without the
        prior written approval of the Director of Lands; or

   (b)  in the case of an installation within the meaning of paragraph

   (b)  or (c) of that definition, without the prior written approval of the
        Commissioner.

(2) An approval given for the purposes of subsection (1)(a) or (b) shall be
subject to the payment of such charges and to such conditions, as the Director
of Lands or the Commissioner, as the case may be, may impose.

(3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
on conviction to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
