TSING SHA CONTROL AREA ORDINANCE - SECT 15

Proof of identity of driver

If, in any proceedings for an offence under this Ordinance, there is produced
to the court a statement which—

   (a)  purports to have been signed by the person charged;

   (b)  was provided in accordance with section 14(5); and

   (c)  states that the person charged was the driver of the relevant vehicle
        at the time of the offence, the court shall admit the statement as
        prima facie evidence that the person charged was the driver of the
        vehicle at the time of the offence.
