TSING SHA CONTROL AREA ORDINANCE - SECT 12
Obstruction of authorized officers
A person who obstructs an authorized officer in the performance of his
functions under this Ordinance commits an offence and is liable on conviction
to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
