TSING SHA CONTROL AREA ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Directions of authorized officers to be complied with

(1) A person in the Control Area shall comply with any order, direction,
requirement or instruction which—

   (a)  is given or made by an authorized officer in the Control Area in the
        course of the performance of his functions under this Ordinance; and

   (b)  relates to the management, operation or maintenance of the Control
        Area or control, restriction and safety of traffic in the Control
        Area.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
on conviction to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
