TSING SHA CONTROL AREA ORDINANCE - LONG TITLE

Long title

An Ordinance to provide for—

   (a)  the determination of the boundaries of the Tsing Sha Control Area;

   (b)  the management, operation and maintenance of the Control Area

(including the regulation of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the Control
Area and the charging of tolls for the use of the toll area in the Control
Area and other fees or charges);

   (c)  the imposition of financial penalties on operators of the Control
        Area; and

   (d)  other ancillary and related matters (including a related amendment to
        the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations).
