PRELIMINARY

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Unsolicited Electronic 
Messages Ordinance.

(3) Part 2, sections 31, 32, 33, 38, 39 and 58 and sections 1(2) and 2(2) and
Table 2 of Schedule 1 shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by
the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development by notice published in the
