ACCREDITATION OF ACADEMIC AND VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 22
Secretary may amend Schedules 1, 2 and 3
(1) The Secretary may by order published in the Gazette amend Schedules 1, 2
and 3.
(2) An order under this section may contain such incidental, consequential,
supplemental, transitional or savings provisions as may be necessary or
expedient in consequence of the order.
