SHENZHEN BAY PORT HONG KONG PORT AREA ORDINANCE - SCHEDULE 3
STATUTORY POWERS AND DUTIES DESCRIBED FOR PURPOSES OF SECTION 1(d) OF SCHEDULE 2
[Schedule 2]
1. A statutory power or duty conferred or imposed on—
(a) the Chief Executive (including the Chief Executive in Council), a
public officer, public body or public authority; or
(b) a person authorized or appointed by the Chief Executive
(including the Chief Executive in Council), a public officer, public body or
public authority under an enactment.
2. A statutory power or duty conferred or imposed on a regulatory body or an
officer of it for that body or officer (as the case may be) to—
(a) admit (howsoever described) any person to a profession, trade or
business; or
(b) permit any person to engage in (howsoever described) a profession,
trade or business.
