SAFETY OF UNITED NATIONS AND ASSOCIATED PERSONNEL ORDINANCE - SECT 6
Attempts, aiding, abetting, etc.
(1) If a specified person does any act, outside Hong Kong, which, if done in
Hong Kong, would constitute an attempt to commit a relevant offence under
section 159G of the Crimes Ordinance ( Cap 200), the act shall be deemed to
have been done in Hong Kong.
(2) A specified person who aids, abets, counsels or procures, outside Hong
Kong—
(a) the commission by another person of a relevant offence; or
(b) an attempt by another person to commit a relevant offence, shall be
guilty of the like offence.
