FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Commissioner may amend the Schedules

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Commissioner may by notice published in the Gazette amend the First,
Second or Third Schedule. (Amended 53 of 1999 s. 6)

(2) The Commissioner may, by notice in the Gazette and subject to the approval
of the Legislative Council, amend the Fourth Schedule. (Added 53 of 1999 s. 6)
