FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS ORDINANCE - SECT 12

Continuing offences

Any person guilty of an offence against this Ordinance shall, in addition to
any other penalty prescribed for such offence, be liable to a fine of $5000
for every day during the whole or any part of which such offence is knowingly
and wilfully continued. (Amended 52 of 1973 s. 5; 37 of 1983 s.7)
