CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COUNCIL ORDINANCE - SECT 51

Power of Chief Executive in Council to exclude certain construction operations from application of this Part

(1) The Chief Executive in Council may, by order published in the Gazette,
exclude any construction operations from the application of this Part.

(2) An order under subsection (1) may exclude particular construction
operations or a type or description of construction operations.

(3) An order under subsection (1) may specify the circumstances in which or
the purposes for which the exclusion applies. “domestic unit”
