Establishment of Construction Industry Council

PART 2

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COUNCIL

(1) There is established by this section a body to be known as the
“Construction Industry Council”.

(2) The Council is a body corporate with perpetual succession and is required
to have a common seal.

(3) The Council may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(4) The Council is not to be regarded as the servant or agent of the
Government or as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Government.
