CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COUNCIL ORDINANCE - SECT 25

Accounts

(1) The Council shall maintain proper accounts and records of all its income
and expenditure.

(2) The Council shall, as soon as practicable after the end of a financial
year, cause to be prepared a statement of accounts of the Council in respect
of the financial year.

(3) The statement of accounts is to include an income and expenditure account
and a balance sheet.
