CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COUNCIL ORDINANCE - SECT 24
Investment of funds
Any funds of the Council that are not immediately required by the Council for
the performance of its functions may, with the approval of the Financial
Secretary—
(a) be deposited on fixed deposit in a bank; or
(b) be invested in such investments as the Council thinks fit.
