Funds and property of Council

PART 3

FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

The funds and property of the Council consist of—

   (a)  all moneys recovered by way of levy, surcharge, penalty and further
        penalty;

   (b)  all moneys received by the Council by way of grants, loans, donations,
        fees, rent or interest;

   (c)  all moneys derived from the sale of any property held by or on behalf
        of the Council;

   (d)  all funds provided by the CITA under section 20; and

   (e)  all other moneys and property lawfully received by the Council for its
        purposes.
