REPEAL OF ANIMALS AND PLANTS (PROTECTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES) ORDINANCE AND
ITS SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
The Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance ( Cap
187) and the Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) (
Exemption) Order (Cap 187 sub. leg. A) are repealed.
