PROTECTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES OF ANIMALS AND PLANTS ORDINANCE - SECT 53

Power of Secretary to make regulations

The Secretary may by regulation provide for—

   (a)  the registration of any scientific institution for the purposes of
        this Ordinance;

   (b)  any matter so as to enable any part of a Convention instrument to have
        the force of law in Hong Kong with or without modification; and

   (c)  any matter ancillary or incidental to those specified in paragraphs
        (a) and (b).
