PROTECTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES OF ANIMALS AND PLANTS ORDINANCE - SECT 25
Refusal of application made under section 23 or 24
If the Director refuses an application made under section 23 or 24, he shall
give written notice of the refusal to the applicant stating the reason for the
refusal.
