PROTECTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES OF ANIMALS AND PLANTS ORDINANCE - SECT 24

Extension, renewal and variation of licences

(1) The Director may, on application made to him in the specified  form and on
payment of the fee prescribed in Schedule 2—

   (a)  extend the period of validity of a licence issued under section  23
        (1)(a), (b), (c) or (d);

   (b)  renew a licence issued under section 23(1)(e); or

   (c)  vary a licence issued under section 23 in any other way.

(2) The Director shall not approve an application made under this section if
such approval would contravene any requirement under the Convention.
