LAND TITLES ORDINANCE - SECT 50

Termination of leases

not yet in operation Where a registered lease is terminated (whether by
surrender, forfeiture, re-entry or otherwise), the Registrar shall remove the
entry in the Title  Register referring to the lease on the presentation of an
application to the Registrar therefor together with—

   (a)  the instrument, if any, providing for the termination; or

   (b)  such other evidence as satisfies the Registrar that the lease has been
        terminated.
