LAND TITLES ORDINANCE - SECT 5
Applications register
not yet in operation
(1) The Registrar shall keep in the Land Registry a register to be known as
the applications register, which shall contain a record of all pending
applications for the registration of any matter under this Ordinance.
(2) The applications register shall contain such particulars as are required
by the regulations to be contained therein.
