LAND TITLES ORDINANCE - SECT 13
Matters capable of being registered
not yet in operation PART 3
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND CONNECTED MATTERS
No matter shall be capable of being registered in the Title Register unless—
(a) the registration of the matter is expressly provided for in this
Ordinance or any other enactment (by whatever words used);
(b) where paragraph (a) is not applicable, the matter is a dealing in
registered land, a registered charge or a registered long term lease;
(c) where neither paragraph (a) nor (b) is applicable, the matter is an
order of any court or tribunal—
(i) affecting registered land, a registered charge or a registered
long term lease; and
(ii) issued or made for the purpose of enforcing a judgment; and
(d) in any other case, the matter affects registered land, a
registered charge or a registered long term lease and the Registrar
permits it to be registered.
