CLEARING AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEMS ORDINANCE - SECT 42
Contravention of provisions of Part 3
(1) A person who contravenes section 30(1) commits an offence and is liable on
conviction upon indictment to a fine of $200000 and to imprisonment for 1
year.
(2) A person who contravenes section 31 commits an offence and is liable on
conviction upon indictment to a fine of $400000 and to imprisonment for 2
years.
