CONSTRUCTION WORKERS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 45

Expiry of registration as registered skilled worker (provisional), etc.

(1) The registration of a person as a registered skilled worker

   (provisional) for a designated trade shall expire—

   (a)  on the third anniversary of the date of registration; or

   (b)  on the date on which the person is registered as a registered 
        skilled worker for the trade, whichever is the earlier.

(2) The registration of a person as a registered semi-skilled  worker
(provisional) for a designated trade shall expire—

   (a)  on the third anniversary of the date of registration; or

   (b)  on the date on which the person is registered as a registered 
        skilled worker, or a registered semi-skilled worker, for the trade,
        whichever is the earlier.

(3) The registration of a person as a registered skilled worker

   (provisional) , or a registered semi-skilled worker (provisional), for a
        designated trade is not renewable.
