CONSTRUCTION WORKERS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 43

Acceptance and rejection of registration

(1) The Registrar shall accept or reject an application for registration or
renewal of registration in accordance with this Ordinance.

(2) Where the Registrar rejects an application for registration or renewal of
registration, the Registrar shall notify in writing the applicant of the
rejection and the reasons for the rejection.
